Come and discover where we get our food from – learn how flour is made at the only working windmill in Wales. Have the opportunity to hold chicks, feed lambs and ride on a tractor. Get involved in different aspects of farm life in this fun “hands on” holiday.

Travel has changed and developed over time, here is an opportunity to experience historical & modern day transport. Enjoy a journey down memory lane at the Llandudno Transport Festival advertised as a “Vintage Extravaganza”. Also a day at Caernarfon airport, with its “hands on” museum and the opportunity to fly over the Menai straits in a light aircraft. An alternative activity will be offered if the flight is cancelled due to poor weather conditions.

Enjoy wholesome food and the outdoor life. Eat freshly caught fish and make your own bread using grain milled from the only working windmill in Wales. So have some good company, good food and fresh air in your lungs, and you’ll go home enlivened and invigorated.

Be immersed in the world of trains, taking a train journey through the Welsh mountains on one of the famous narrow gauge tracks. Visit the train museum at Betws-y-Coed, which is a must for all train enthusiasts with working models, layouts and miniature steam trains. Also spend time at Llanfairpwllgwyngllogerchwyrndrobwllantysiliogogogoch station which has become a tourist destination in its own right.

Put on your sun hats ‘cos summer is here again. This traditional summer holiday by the sea ‘n’ sand includes boat rides, beach days, BBQ’s and much more. There will be something for everyone, so relax, make new friends and have a good time!

Staying at Entwistle House enjoy the fresh country air and breathtaking views. We’ll ride on the Windermere steamer, take leisurely strolls, wander around quaint towns and craft shops, not forgetting the tea rooms!

Discover the magnificent coastline and mountains of North Wales. You will spend time enjoying the spectacular scenery of Snowdonia, Britain’s highest mountain range. You will also visit some of the many beaches & coves around Anglesey, with the opportunity for a speed boat ride.

A popular choice for many years, sampling different forms of transport old and new, fast and slow. This week includes a day out in Dublin taking the fast ferry from Holyhead, and a tour around the city in an open-top bus.

Spend a traditional few days in Blackpool to thrill the senses before winter sets in – the lights, pleasure beach and tower entertainments. Staying at a small friendly hotel you’re sure to be spoiled and have loads of fun.

If you are fascinated by animals, both wild and tame, then this is the week for you. By taking
woodland walks we’ll discover the wildlife of Anglesey from birds to bugs. We’ll see the
more exotic animals in the mountain zoo, visit a working farm and places like the Butterfly Palace or Underwater World.

For all music lovers whatever your style - pop, rock or classical. We’ll be making our own music and listening to others, even making our own instruments. Complete with an evening concert, you’ll have your senses thrilled and your cultural horizons extended.

Choice Breaks are 5 day holidays for 4 people, quieter than our main holidays, they give more opportunity for choice in daily activities. Enjoy the country air, sea breeze and wonderful scenery. Relax in our new sensory room, hearty meals, new friends and of course, shopping.

For those who have more complex needs, our special care sensory breaks are especially designed to absorb, interest and challenge in a fun and safe environment. From aromatherapy and relaxing massage in a “snoozeleum” to a train or boat ride you’ll have plenty to do while also enjoying wonderful scenery and making new friends. We take 4 people away on these breaks with a minimum of 4 staff.

Enjoy the beauty and mild climate of the Canary Islands. This small group holiday will be staying in an exclusive villa with private swimming pool. There will be a full itinerary with day and evening activities, with plenty time for relaxing by the pool. We fly from Manchester airport.

Enter the magical world of Disney, non-stop fun and thrills. You’ve heard about it, now experience it. Travelling in our own mini-bus by Eurostar through the Channel Tunnel.

Staying on the beautiful, popular coast of Algarve, with a small group in a private villa with pool. A full range of activities will be organised, including a visit to the fantastic Zoomarine, where you can see the dolphins, if you are adventurous (and rich!) you can swim with them*.

Do you have a taste for adventure? Join us on a visit to part of “new Europe”, a land of beautiful mountains and buildings, culture and history. We have been taking groups since 1990 and have many friends in Romania, who will join with us to show us their country. Last year’s visit was very successful and we hope more people will enjoy this special holiday. We fly from Liverpool airport.

“Casa Feliz” is a small family run guesthouse in the heart of Granada province, nestling in the hills with views over the surrounding vineyards. It is run by British hosts and former care workers – Dave and Irene Graham. The accommodation is full board, and Dave and Irene also help with our programme of activities. We fly from Liverpool airport.

The meeting point for holidays abroad (except EuroDisney & Ireland) is the airport. Home pick- ups can sometimes (but not always) be arranged, at extra cost. Holidays outside the UK are for people with minimum care needs, who travel well. Please ring for further information.
Occasionally airlines change their schedules, especially later in the year, if this happens dates may have to be changed slightly.

Home pick-ups can be arranged, at an extra cost of £30 per holiday. These are limited and must be pre-booked. A home pick up is included in the price of Choice Breaks and Special Care Sensory Breaks. (Within a 20 mile radius of the office)

The more expensive weeks are due to either the higher price of accommodation or activities.
Prices quoted are for Care Plan 1, which is a minimum of three-to-one care.
Care Plan 2 is one-to-one care and costs £150 per 7 day and £110 per 5 day holiday extra. On all our holidays staff are available 24 hours a day if necessary.
