Booking conditions:
Bookings
Please complete the booking form and send
it with your deposit to the address below
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure a U.K. booking
(£100 for holidays abroad). Please make cheques payable to “Chrysalis
Holidays” and send with the booking form to the address below
Final Balance
The final balance, for which you will be invoiced, must be paid at least
4 weeks before the start of the holiday
Late Bookings
Bookings made 4 weeks or less prior the start of the holiday must be paid
in full
Cancellations
If you cancel the booking your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel
more than 4 weeks from travel you will receive a full refund less the
deposit. Within 4 weeks of holiday commencement all refunds are solely
at the discretion of the management.
If changes in medical circumstances make participating in a holiday untenable,
this constitutes you cancelling the booking.
If we cancel the booking you will be refunded in full
Programme Changes
Every effort will be made to follow the programme as planned. However
occasionally, through unforeseen circumstances, it maybe necessary to
alter the dates or content, and Chrysalis Holidays reserve the right to
do this
Insurance
Chrysalis Holidays has a comprehensive public liability policy indemnity.
If desired you can obtain your own personal accident, ‘all risk’
& cancellation cover for UK holidays. All abroad destinations are
within the EU and therefore covered by the EHIC (European Health Insurance
Card) but it is still strongly recommended you take out your own comprehensive
insurance for any holiday abroad
Lost Property
Regretfully, we can take no responsibility for any loss or damage to customer’s
property, although every effort is made to ensure safe return of all items
